Valoi Easy35 Minox Film Holder
The Valoi Easy35 Minox Film Holder is a compact, dedicated solution for scanning Minox film (9.2mm wide, frame size ~8x11mm) with the Easy35 system. Whether you’re working with vintage spy cameras or simply exploring ultra-small formats, this holder lets you digitise your Minox negatives with ease.
Key Features
- Format-specific design: Tailored for Minox film with an approximate gate size of 8x12mm
- Easy installation: Swap out your standard Easy35 holder with a single screw – no tools beyond a screwdriver required
- Smooth film transport: Push or pull film directly through the holder – no clamshells or fiddly adjustments
- Flatness by design: Double S-curve track helps flatten film naturally without requiring heavy clamping
In Use
As with all Easy35 holders, this Minox version features a precision slit running through the full length of the holder, allowing continuous film advancement. It’s quick, simple, and ideal for scanning full rolls or cut strips with minimal handling.
Compatibility
- Fully compatible with all VALOI Easy35 units
- Not compatible with the VALOI 360 system
Please note: Due to the extremely small and variable nature of the Minox format, the full frame may not always be visible in scans.
What You’ll Need
- VALOI Easy35 scanning unit (sold separately)
- Digital camera, macro lens, and light source for a complete scanning setup
Designed with precision and efficiency in mind, the Easy35 Minox Holder brings Valoi’s clever scanning approach to one of the smallest film formats ever made.
