Voigtlander Ultron 21mm f/1.8 Lens

The Voigtlander Ultron 21mm f/1.8 is a highly adaptable lens tailored for M-mount rangefinder cameras, combining an ultra-wide focal length with a bright maximum aperture. Its broad field of view makes it particularly effective for capturing architectural and interior scenes, while the f/1.8 maximum aperture enhances performance in low-light environments. The optical design incorporates one aspherical element, which aids in minimizing spherical aberrations, thereby ensuring improved sharpness and clarity across the entire aperture range. Additionally, the lens is equipped with a manual focus mechanism, allowing for close-up work at distances as short as 1.6 feet, and includes a built-in lens hood to protect the front element from flare and ghosting.

• Fast f/1.8 maximum aperture benefits working in difficult lighting conditions.
• One aspherical is featured to control spherical aberrations and distortion for improved sharpness and clarity.
• Manual focus design enables a minimum focusing distance of 1.6′, and it is rangefinder coupled for accurate focusing to 2.3′.
• Built-in, non-removable lens hood helps to prevent lens flare and ghosting for increased contrast and color fidelity when working in strongly lit conditions.
